HR Executive - Controls & Compliance
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources office and provide overall supervision and leadership in the absence of the Human Resources Manager
2. Assess employee needs by conducting organizational climate surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees, and provide insights and interventions
3. Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the processes compliant
4. Provide consultation and technical assistance regarding organizational design & HR information systems
5. Lead and track closure and documentation of labor and/or HR-related legal cases, and provide insights and intervention
6. Ensures 100% compliance on Government-mandated and/or labor statutory requirements
