IT Officer

• Preparing and release of reports requested by the distributor
• Preparing and release of reports sent to P&G
• Back-up resource of the IT Manager
• Point person for all data needed, provides reports being sent by the IT Manager on a daily basis
• Review daily VFR for all sites to minimize unserved orders
• Submit daily Sales reports to P&G and the distributor LT
• Back-up resource of OSB Personnel
• Maintenance and updating of distributor DMS
• Monitor and collect data to assess accuracy, validity and integrity, interpret and evaluate results, create reports and/or presentations
• Improve productivity through better movement of data through automated applications, provide high quality interoperability
• Design, develop and implement business continuity management strategies and programs to mitigate risks in the event of system outages, disasters or business disruption with fully-equipped alternate areas, cost-effective, dedicated and security-rich resiliency data centers and systems
